My first gets on with 2 and 3, but 2 & 3 used to fight all the time - but it is all down to personality. We ended up with a round table meeting to sort it all out in the end and that did improve things. Summit meeting style when all could say their bit, but 2 can still wind up 3 with no effort at all (but does so less often now).
