Don't really like the work blog...it is kind of ugly, no?
This is a word I do like the sound of, obovate. Nice huh? Oblong sounds pretty good too.
How about this one, resorcinol? Fun little work out there.

What brought this on?
Hula, nice words...Canada has some wonderful names, Missinabi, Saskatchewan, and so many more, NFLD has some great place names too...
JG; Great words...spackle. Love it.
What brought it on? Two things, I was reading yesterday and came across obovate which I loved, plus I was utterly exhausted and lying there letting amazing words float into my head was about right.
Weirdly I was listening to the 'A Way With Words' podcast (which I adore) , and they had a show about 'cellardoor', which some claim to be the most beautiful word in English....I would contend that the compound form of that is not in fact a single word, but the show was premised on the idea of the compounded version...whatever. I still don't find it all that beautiful.
Eviscerate...
