Granotes in Catalan - Ranas in Spanish
ElPadawan saw frogs on his vacations this summer, and so did we! Being Canada we also saw some other wildlife, the man most of all when he was hiking without either (noisy) kids or (potentially dangerous) Chuck - those deer so don't recognize a wimp when they see one. He even saw a Massassauga Rattler...he didn't step on it. But, he didn't have the camera....
So here I present you with....
FROG photos!!!
OK, so I tossed a loon in there too, what the heck.

Oh my, how the sound of a loon calling across a misty Ontario lake come to mind seeing your Georgian Bay and other photos. I especially like the Tom Thompson pine and shore shots.GM
I love loons! I got to see one a couple of times this summer (we were at a lake in the Adirondacks.)
Frogs are cool, too.
wow, you even caught one? Nice catch :)
I'm always amused by the expressions on frogs' faces - that combination of popping eyes & wide mouths... ;)
GM, I'll try and put up some more of those shots, it's hard not to take them up there.
Kate, they are so wonderful aren't they....these ones weren't all that shy either
ElP, Youngest worked very hard at that
Beth, SO true!!!
These photos are a hoot! Love those frogs and the loon in between them!
