Second day back on the bike....rode it to work and back on Tuesday, and then again today.

Have to say, after three months back,


Not to much the muscles.

Really it's all in the tush.

I haven't been climbing for more than two months. I think I'm going to be in the same state after my first session...

Yeahhhhhhh, though I found the climbing not so bad once we got back here........just have to keep remembering to tape up my ring!!!! Keeps getting all scratched up.
