23 - 26 4 days walking the Travessa de la Serralada Tramuntana, Mallorca. Lots of distance, lots of meters, wonderful company, wonderful time.

3.3.13 62K, 2570 M of climbing, more of descending, 2800 more of less, for a total of 5370 m on the legs. A good day, now bed., Oh, 13.30 hours which includes getting fairly lost at the end, we figuer it would have been around 12:20 if we had known the way.

13.1.13 Walk on Montserrat, short, achingly (literally aching with cold) slow walk, but lovely. No idea of distance or elevation, forgot the watch, reported at 460m desnivell.
11.1.13 ride to Catalan class work and back, 18K
9.1.13 Short geeeentle run, 3.5K. Fine. Back still a little sore.
8.1.13 14K bike ride to work and back. Ouch
5.1.13. Silliness. Three hours running/walking with three other folks, much better runners than me, followed half an hour later, by three hours walking in the hills with the girls and a friend. Would have been still more fun if I hadn't sprung my back before going out while picking up a tshirt of all things.
4.1.13 45Min, 16K bike ride.
2.1.13. Simply ridiculous, 30min hard uphill climg (usually takes 45), 2 hour ramble with a friend, 3.5K run, almost all downhill. 1 hour hard bike ride, general physical mvmt and work, 1.25 hour hard bike ride, walk in the hills with the dog, a friend and Eldest. Weirdly, I'm not that stiff, mostly shoulders from the bike.
1.1.13 10ish K run in the mtns. MUuuuch better.
