Good luck with that. Luckily, I managed to do my French taxes in less than 20 minutes, paperless, all online. And the tax return forms were all pre-filled with the income reported by my employer, and the interests income reported by my bank. In other words, I just had to tell them of my address changes and stuff.
It is basically like that here, but the papers are in two different languages and the on-line system is in Spanish, plus with the house purchase, things got a wee bit more complicated....
