I was bad the night before last.
Didn't paint, didn't draw, didn't study Catalan (much), didn't read in Spanish, didn't - well, I did do some work - and then....
I watched a movie!
It was very good.
Anyone else out there seen Juno?
Good flick.
That was fabulous

Yes I did. Liked it very much. But it's should come with a disclaimer: 'do not watch if you're pregnant and full of hormones'.
My sister gave me that DVD for Christmas but since I so rarely watch TV or videos, I haven't watched it yet. Maybe I watch it while I work out as I have jammed my portable DVD player into the top of my elliptical. As for scissors in the toaster - that is one lucky girl. I can only imagine....But at least you got the opportunity to talk about safety. Funny how we never seem to think to talk about some things before they almost happen - it's impossible to pre-imagine all the things our kids MIGHT do when we aren't around.
I wish! I can barely catch the cnn ticker for news. It's all so pathetic. Glad you unplugged and got to chill with a good flick. Have you seen Eat Pray Love? That's on my wish list but can't commit b/c I like a sure bet.
So nice to give yourself a night off! I am sure you deserved it.
I saw it in the theatre-- good film!
And after an 8-hour stint at the academy yesterday, I actually watched a movie (on DVD) for the first time in ages, too-- Avatar. I wouldn't have chosen it necessarily, but I really enjoyed it.
ElP, Yeah, I could see that. Hmmm.
Kim, it is worth watching, the screen play is a witty and worth it alone.
Pickle, good to unplug from time to time.....gonna have to get back in the saddle again tomorrow, but for now...
Mmichele...think you could use a night or three off too right about now.
Kate, Glad you enjoyed Avatar, haven't seen it.
I loved it
It was clever, wasn't it. The dialogue was excellent.
