Thank you everyone for your comments and kind words, especially Doug who tipped me over into changing it up.
Hope no one out there has vertigo.
Today was a bit of a right off, honestly.
Youngest went off to a sleep-over party. It started at 10:15pm; on the way down, we stopped off at one of her friend's houses, and they were still having dinner!!!!
Sometimes Spain feels more unusual.
They slept for approximately 20 minutes last night.
She is 10 years old.
She was totalled today. Completely wiped out.
On an up side, I got a bunch of chores done, and the man and I thrashed out a bunch of house details before our next meeting with the architect....exciting things, like what kinds of lights, floors and electrical outlets we'd like.
All in the planning.

Nice shot!
Like it very much :). Where is it?
Lovely! Now we feel a bit like you do: we miss the boat, but there are so many other wonderful things to look at in life right now.
Do share how/when/where the shot happened, when you have a chance. I'd love to hear.
I love your new land locked look. Oh how I want to go back!
Kate, thank you!
ElP, it is a view from the top of Montserrat, the spiritual center of Catalunya, and a lovely mountain to boot, just outside BCN.
Jg, thank you! That is how I feel. The purely boat pictures were starting to feel not quite honest.
Mmichele...I know what you mean. There is so much sweetness when travelling.
Hmm, did you change your picture again? I am seeing, I believe, out of focus/artistic coy? Is it a pond at Montserrat?
Nice little cabinet in the other post. VERY country/Spanish looking. I wish our budget allowed me to shop around the Victoria area - there are shops that look SO interesting in town. :o(
The fish live in the Parc de la labarinth (SP??) in BCN, I will confess that the kids took the picture, it wasn't so much out of focus as underwater with lots of movement.
Got the table at a street sale to raise money for Burkina Faso!?!
