Cava and physics.

Cava tasting!

News flash.

Swirl your wine and champagne counter-clockwise to get the good aromas, and clockwise for the bad aromas.

I didn't know physics played into perceptive judgement calls.

Does this imply that the perception of good and bad aromas (and other elements) has a shearly physical relationship?  Can there be a formula for good and bad?

I wasn't even drinking and this seems freaky.

What is freakier?

It works the other way in the Southern hemisphere.

That opens up a whole new kettle of fish doesn't it!

Does this have something to do with the Coriolis Effect?

What about if you live in the Southern Hemisphere? Is it still clockwise and counter-clockwise? I so rarely drink anymore but I'll try to remember this so that I can look sophisticated should the moment present itself. Love those red Doc Marten's at the top of your page!

Doesn't it work the other way re: the direction water flushes in toilet bowls in the Southern hemisphere, too?

CS..I imagine in some way, but how?

How could the good versus the bad smells know when to be released?????? I have me doubts.

Bodhi, Apparently.....and thanks, I love the boots too. They're all comfy now.

Helen...let me know how it goes!

Beth, I guess so. If it does the toilet manufacturers should design them so they swirl the correct way and only release the good smells.
