Today in many ways could have gone down the toilet, I don't really want to get into it all, several different fairly to really irritating things went on, but as I sit down to write in the blog, that just isn't how I feel about the day.
Other days, well, it all goes well, but still you pass the day like someone peed in your cornflakes.....

I had never heard the expression “peed in your cornflakes.” Where have I been all these years??!! Looked it up at Urban Dictionary. Great saying. Thanks for adding to my (not-always-very-polite) vocabulary!

I am so very grateful at this moment that I don't eat cornflakes. Sounds like an off day. Ah well, things should get back to normal for tomorrow and it will be a perfectly blog-worthy day with raining walls on the inside of your house and/or eldest in a hormonal snit or Chuck having rolled deliriously in something rancid. Oooo! Longing for one of those days?!
Beth, the original I know uses pissed rather than peed, which I frankly like better.
