Good news, bad news

Good news: We have HEAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bad news: Our tenants don't. The furnace is being replaced today. Oh my aching bank account.

and

my internet is dying.

Putting out fires over here it seems.....(or lighting them)
