*whew*
That Obama post was number 800. Who'd a thought.
On a less global note, I have a couple of photos from today, and none of them are garbage. I did pick up my share of moto parts, shotgun shells and plastic, but these I thought were a little nicer to look at.....
Chuck is an opportunist. I was having a wee siesta on the couch. Seems he joined me. I am a fairly solid sleeper. The photo let me know.
Look who I saw in the hills. Hope he makes it through hunting season, but I wouldn't bet on it.
Do you like this mushroom? Do you think it is screaming out, "Go on, eat me, I'm fine!!" Or maybe not.
Pretty funky mushroom nonetheless.

Love the Chuck picture. Obviously, he loves you. You can tell a lot about a person by the way dogs react to them.
Chuck is adorable...
The pheasant looks delicious...
But that mushroom is scary!
Great picture of Chuck. He is one smart dog!
And I liked seeing that "Canada" label on your top (?).
Nice pictures. I don't eat shrooms that I don't know. So I definitely wouldn't even dare to remotely think about tasting this one.
Hula, what does it mean when the dog tries to hump the guests...a bad bad habit?
Kim...definitely, the mushroom is scary...pretty, but scary...
Beth, nothing like a roots jacket....
ElP, good idea, I wouldn't eat shrums I didn't know either. good policy....
Dogs are such opportunists. That is one weird looking mushroom.
Dogs are wicked opportunists...bad bad dog, and I have never seen a mushroom quite like that before.
That is a great photo of Chuck; he is so cute. That mushroom looks great but I wouldn't eat it. I have looked at mushrooms around here remembering the ones my dad used to gather and wish I knew for sure if they are the good ones or not. I need to go to a course to find out what to look for, because reading in a book or on line doesn't seem to help.
