Oh, piffle! Ah well, I would dare to say that spring will be here early too. We heard geese this week and saw robins last week. It is rather miserable out right now, but I am not complaining (much). Riley and I are off to Ottawa tomorrow to meet up with my sister and visit our mother (hope that makes sense). Looking forward to a little museum trawling or some x-country skiing. Toodles.
I still get confused about what time to expect things - asparagus in March is wonderful. Also fresh peas in the market and Strawberries (in the UK Wimbledon, June) are almost over.
Kim, that sounds lovely, I've been to Ottawa a few times, and I like it quite a lot. I agree, a lovely mix of some good museums and easy access to outdoor stuff to do.
ElP BWAH Hah hah hah hah hah...
Strawberries just started here and peas? How weird is THAT!
